ISTANBUL (AA) - An Istanbul court remanded 10 suspects late on Friday in connection with last month's deadly terror attacks in the city's Besiktas district.

The suspects are accused of "being member of an armed terror organization" and "making terror propaganda."

The court ruled the release of two others under judicial control.

On Dec. 10 at around 10.30 p.m. (1930GMT), a car bomb went off outside a football stadium in Istanbul's Besiktas district, two hours after the end of a Turkish football league match.

Seconds later, a suicide bomb attack occurred in Macka Park in the same neighborhood.

The blasts martyred 46 people, mostly police officers, and left dozens of others wounded.

Istanbul anti-terror police said the suicide bomber was Burak Yavuz, a 20-year-old man from Turkey's southeastern province of Sanliurfa.

Following the incident, at least 13 suspects linked to the bombings were arrested. TAK (Kurdistan Freedom Falcons) -- one of the most important sub-organizations of the terrorist organization PKK -- claimed responsibility for the attack.
