Helicopter crashes while making emergency landing near Amman, army says

AMMAN, Jordan (AA) – A military helicopter crashed during a training mission in Jordan on Monday, according to the military.
In a statement, the army said two pilots were injured when a Cobra military-type helicopter crashed in Baqa’a near the capital Amman.
The statement said the crash happened as the helicopter was trying to make an emergency landing. It, however, did not specify the cause of the crash.
No injuries were reported among civilians.
