Anadolu Agency archive boasts nearly 10M photos, videos

ANKARA (AA) – The online, searchable portal of Anadolu Agency’s rich photo/video archive boasts nearly 10 million pieces of content and this year attracted visits by people in 167 countries worldwide

The portal currently has over 8.5 million photos and at least 1.1 million videos from all walks of life taken by dedicated Anadolu Agency photojournalists around the globe.

The agency’s visual archive at anadoluimages.com is a groundbreaking online content platform that is instantly accessible from all over the world and offers easy purchasing options from the comfort of the home or office.

The portal boasts over 8 million pieces of Turkish content and at least 1.5 pieces of English content.

The portal also contains collections of topics curated by the agency’s editors, as well as the best photos and videos related to various topics.

The “Editor’s Choice” page provides access to the featured photos and videos of that day.

After going online in 2014, this February the platform was updated to allow people and institutions who are not Anadolu Agency subscribers to purchase online content licenses with a credit card.

The website currently has over 2,300 registered users from nearly 100 countries worldwide.
