Anadolu Agency monitors election irregularity claims

ANKARA (AA) - Anadolu Agency has formed a special team to report on disputes during voting or claims of election irregularities.

So far, voting during the presidential and parliamentary elections has been carried out smoothly.

Some complaints of doubtful votes and disputes near ballot boxes coming from different areas of Turkey have been referred to the authorized bodies.

These bodies are carrying out the necessary investigation.

Also, Anadolu Agency has formed a special social media team to provide credible information received from government officials to the public.

Anadolu Agency is informing its subscribers and the public about responses received from the Supreme Election Council, Interior Ministry or police over claims of any election irregularities.
