Anadolu Agency photographer wins international award
Photo journalist awarded grand prize in sports category at Rossiya Segodnya International News Agency

MOSCOW (AA) - Anadolu Agency photojournalist Sebnem Coskun won the grand prize in the sports category Thursday for an image taken of Turkish sportswoman Sahika Ercumen’s diving record in Gilindire Cave.
Coskun’s photograph, “Gilindire Cave – In One Breath,” displays Ercumen underwater as she broke the women’s world record by exceeding the 90-meter limit in one breath in the palletless category.
The competition was organized by the Rossiya Segodnya International News Agency in Moscow.
More than 5.000 works from 75 countries were evaluated in news, sports and portrait categories.
