ANKARA (AA) - Anadolu Agency is here with a rundown of the latest developments around the world.

Türkiye is making "every effort" to end conflicts in Ukraine and prevent a food crisis, the Turkish president told a Turkic summit in Uzbekistan.

The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) has been admitted to the Organization of Turkic States as an observer member, according to the Turkish foreign minister.

Around 40 million Azerbaijanis living outside of the country do not have access to education in their native language, President Ilham Aliyev said at a Turkic grouping summit.

Despite a call for more action, the Southeast Asian regional bloc doubled down on its five-point consensus to end the crisis in junta-ruled Myanmar.

US President Joe Biden arrived in the eastern city of Sharm el-Sheikh on his first visit to Egypt since taking office in January 2021. Biden and Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, his Egyptian counterpart, emphasized a "mutual commitment multifaceted U.S.-Egypt strategic partnership."

Biden again apologized to world leaders for the US withdrawal from the landmark 2016 Paris climate agreement, emphasizing that his administration has worked to reinstitute American leadership to fight the global phenomena.
