Arsenal suffer huge defeat against Liverpool

Reds rose to second spot in Premier League after 4-0 victory against Gunners

ISTANBUL (AA) - Arsenal suffered a 4-0 defeat Saturday against Liverpool in an English Premier League match.

Senegalese forward Sadio Mane netted for the Reds in the 39th minute at Anfield Stadium.

Other goals came from Portuguese winger Diogo Jota, Egyptian star Mohamed Salah and Japanese striker Takumi Minamino in the 52, 73 and 77 minutes, respectively, to complete the rout.

Liverpool rose to second place with 25 points while Arsenal remained in the fifth spot with 20 points in the Premier League table.
