Asian stock markets close week with gains, except for Indian Sensex
Hang Seng posts 2.32% increase, Asia Dow rises 1.66% and Nikkei up 1.18%

ISTANBUL (AA) – Major Asian indices closed the week with gains on Friday, except for Indian Sensex.
While China's moves to end its zero-COVID policies have positive impact on markets, recession concerns limit risk appetite.
Meanwhile, China's producer prices index dropped 1.3% in November, while the annual consumer inflation rate was at 1.6%, according to official figures released on Friday.
The Asia Dow, which includes blue-chip companies in the region, was up 1.66% to 3,303.48 points, while Tokyo’s Nikkei 225 earned 1.18% to reach 27,901.01.
The Hang Seng, the benchmark for blue-chip stocks trading on the Hong Kong stock exchange, rose 2.32% to 19,900.87 points.
China’s Shanghai Stock Exchange increased 0.3% to close at 3,206.95, while the Singapore index went up 0.31% to 3,245.97.
The Indian Sensex benchmark, on the other hand, fell 0.62% to 62,181.67 points.
