Basketball: Fenerbahce Beko advance to Turkish league finals

BURSA, Turkey (AA) - Fenerbahce Beko advance to Turkish basketball league finals series after beating TOFAS 76-71 Thursday evening.

Fenerbahce Beko won the playoff series 3-0 and moved onto the playoff finals to face Anadolu Efes.

Fenerbahce's Ali Muhammed was the high scorer for his team with 12 points.

Istanbul's team led TOFAS 25-14 in the first period, 42-28 in the second period and 61-43 in the third period.

Four players scored in double digits for Fenerbahce, while three others scored 9 points each for an all around team effort.

Fenerbahce Beko will face Anadolu Efes in finals series.
