Basketball: Moscow club continues lead in Turkish derby

Fenerbahce on top against Anadolu Efes in Turkish Airlines Euroleague in Istanbul

ANKARA (AA) - The Russian club, CSKA Moscow, continues to lead the Turkish Airlines Euroleague after the regular season's Round 19 matches that ended in Istanbul on Friday.

The Russian side defeated Greece's Panathinaikos Superfoods, 75-70, to earn its 15th win of the season.

The second-place team in the league, Turkey's Fenerbahce Dogus, beat another Istanbul club Anadolu Efes, 89-84, in the Turkish derby.

Fenerbahce grabbed its 13th win of the season, while Efes dropped to five wins and 14 losses.

The 20th match week of the regular season will be played on coming Thursday and Friday.
