Besiktas maintain impressive form with comeback win

Black Eagles remain at top of table ahead of Galatasaray, Fenerbahce after collecting 44 points in 20 matches

ANKARA (AA) - Besiktas maintain their impressive performance by beating Goztepe 2-1 Sunday to secure eighth win in the last nine league matches.

Peter Zulj shocked Besiktas after finding the net to give a 1-0 lead to the visitors at Vodafone Park.

After this goal, the home side took the control of the match with contributions of Adem Ljajic and Gokhan Tore who was subbed on in the second half.

Besiktas completed the comeback with Ljajic and Vincent Aboubakar's goals.

Aboubakar scored his 11th goal assisted by Tore.

Besiktas, with their flawless form, sit at the top of the table ahead of Galatasaray and Fenerbahce after collecting 44 points in 20 matches.

Goztepe are in the 11th place with 25 points.
