Besiktas midfielder Mensah tests positive for virus
25-year-old midfielder underwent routine COVID-19 test in Istanbul

ANKARA (AA) - Besiktas player Bernard Mensah tested positive for the novel coronavirus on Wednesday, the Turkish football club said.
This came as Mensah underwent a routine COVID-19 test in Istanbul, Besiktas said in a statement.
The 25-year-old midfielder was in the Ghanaian national team camp this week.
Besiktas signed Mensah from another Turkish Super Lig club Hes Kablo Kayserispor in August.
The former Vitoria Guimaraes player had four appearances for Ghana.
