Blazers beat Rockets in Lillard’s first triple-double

ANKARA (AA) - The Portland Trail Blazers beat the Houston Rockets 125-112 in the NBA on Wednesday night.

Blazers point guard Damian Lillard dominated the game at Moda Center, performing his first career triple-double with 36 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds.

Point guard CJ McCollum scored 22 points as small forward Trevor Ariza gained 21 points.

Hasan Whiteside posted a double-double, playing with 15 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.

For the losing side, the eight time All-Star Russell Westbrook performed a double-double with 39 points and 10 rebounds.

Following this win, the Blazers improved to 21 wins and 27 losses, the Rockets dropped to 29 wins and 18 defeats.

- Grizzlies beat Knicks for 4th straight win

The Memphis Grizzlies defeated the New York Knicks 127-106 to push their winning series to four games.

Dillon Brooks scored 27 points to become the highest scorer on the court as Jae Crowder and Ja Morant finished with 18 points each.

For the Knicks, Marcus Morris Sr. scored 17 points and Julius Randle helped his team with 16 points and 14 rebounds.

With this result, the Grizzlies got their 24th win while the Knicks have 36 losses in the NBA.
