Champions League: Juventus seeking miracle in Madrid

ANKARA (AA) - Italian football club Juventus are looking for a miracle against Real Madrid in UEFA Champions League quarter-finals second leg in Madrid on Wednesday.

Juventus, which lost the first leg 3-0 in Italy, are seeking a big surprise as they may be missing their Argentine star Paulo Dybala.

Juventus forward Dybala, 24, was sent off in the first leg.

Home team Real Madrid's Spanish veteran defender Sergio Ramos will miss the match as he was booked during the previous clash at Juventus' home ground.

Separately, this match will see Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo's 150th Champions League appearance.

The match at Santiago Bernabeu Stadium will kick-off at 1845 GMT.

Meanwhile, German club Bayern Munich will host Spain's Sevilla in Munich on Wednesday.

Having secured German Bundesliga title on Saturday, Bayern Munich -- regarded as favorites -- eye semi-final as they previously bagged 2-1 victory in Spain.

Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer will be missing the match against Sevilla as team regular is still suffering from metatarsal fracture that he sustained in September 2017.

In addition to Neuer, other Bayern players including Austrian left-back David Alaba, Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal and French winger Kingsley Coman are facing injury troubles.

Visitors Sevilla's Danish central defender Simon Kjaer, 29, is also injured.

The match at Allianz Arena will begin at 1845 GMT.

England's Liverpool and Italian club Roma have reached semis late Tuesday as Liverpool and Roma have eliminated their opponents respectively in Champions League quarter-final stage.

The Champions League's semi-final draws will be held on April 13.
