Chilean midfielder Pulgar joins Turkiye's Galatasaray on loan
28-year-old moves to Istanbul football club on free transfer until end of season

ISTANBUL (AA) - Galatasaray chairman Burak Elmas confirmed Wednesday that Chilean midfielder Erick Pulgar has moved to the Turkish football club on loan until the end of the season.
Elmas said Pulgar joined the Istanbul side from Fiorentina on a free transfer.
Pulgar, 28, has also played for Chile's CD Universidad Católica and Italy's Bologna.
He helped Chile win the 2016 Copa America title, and has scored four goals in 37 matches for his nation.
Galatasaray are currently ranked 15th with 27 points in Turkish Super Lig standings.
