ANKARA (AA) - The provision on the opening of the Zangezur corridor, one of the main provisions of the Tripartite Declaration signed on Nov. 10, 2020 between the presidents of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenian prime minister, is a "great political achievement, a historic victory," Azerbaijan's envoy to Ankara told Anadolu Agency in an exclusive interview.
