ANKARA (AA) - Dallas Mavericks beat Golden State Warriors 142-94 on Wednesday evening, thanks to seventh triple-double posted by their young star Luka Doncic.
The Mavericks' Slovenian star Luka Doncic' impressive performance led his team to the victory against Warriors at American Airlines Center, posting a triple-double with 35 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists in 25 minutes.
Warriors, already without seven players due to injuries, dressed NBA-minimum 8 players for the game.
Luka Doncic led the way early for the Mavericks, out-scored, out-rebounded and made more assists than the Warriors squad in the first quarter.
Doncic's dominant performance also made him the youngest player, who produced two 35-points triple-doubles in a row, surpassing Oscar Robertson.
Oscar Robertson was the previous youngest at 22 years when he was playing for Sacramento Kings in December 1960.
Dallas' point guard Tim Hardaway Jr. helped his team with 20 points and power forward Kristaps Porzingis performed a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds against the Warriors.
For the losing side, power forward Eric Paschall produced 22 points and 7 rebounds, while point guard Ky Bowman played with 16 points.
