Football: Basaksehir, Kayseri draw in Turkish league

Galatasaray continue to lead league after 13th match week with 29 points, Basaksehir follows with 27

ANKARA (AA) - The 13th match week ended in Turkey's Super Lig on Monday evening with Kayserispor and Basaksehir drawing 1-1 in Kayseri's Kadir Has Stadium.

Striker Umut Bulut scored the first goal for Kayseri in the 9th minute. Basaksehir answered back in the 28th minute with in-form forward Emmanuel Adebayor who scored a hat-trick against Galatasaray last week.

Both teams were unable to find the winning goal in the second half, thus dropping two points.

Basaksehir increased its points total to 27 and continue to be at second place. Kayserispor are now at 5th place with 23 points. Fenerbahce and Besiktas also have 23 points, placed third and fourth, respectively.
