Football: Week 24 in Turkish league to kick off Friday

ISTANBUL (AA) - Antalyaspor will face MKE Ankaragucu on Friday to begin Week 24 of Turkey's Spor Toto Super Lig.

On Saturday, Besiktas will play against Istikbal Mobilya Kayserispor in an away match while Fenerbahce will take on Caykur Rizespor.

Besiktas sit at third place in the league with 40 points, 11 points behind league leaders Medipol Basaksehir.

Fenerbahce, on the other hand, are currently facing their worst season in league history, they are at 14th place with 25 points.

Medipol Basaksehir reigns Turkey’s top football league with six-point lead. The league leaders have 51 points with a six-point lead, followed by Galatasaray with 45 points.

On Sunday, Basaksehir will play against Evkur Yeni Malatyaspor in an away match while Galatasaray will face B.B. Erzurumspor in an away match.
