Galatasaray secure narrow 1-0 victory over Konyaspor in Super Lig

ANKARA (AA) - Istanbul's Galatasaray sealed a 1-0 narrow win against Ittifak Holding Konyaspor in a Sunday Super Lig football clash.

Galatasaray took an early lead in the 4th minute when Mustafa Muhammed took advantage of a poor defense by the visitors' Sehic and Skubic in Istanbul's Nef Stadium.

Both sides tried on several occasions but failed to score in the rest of the match, which ended 1-0.

With the win, the Lions increased their points to 17 while Ittifak Holding Konyaspor has collected 14 points in nine matches.
