Indonesia: Police gun down suspected terrorist at police HQ

JAKARTA, Indonesia (AA) - A shootout allegedly linked to terrorism took place at Indonesia’s National Police Headquarters in Jakarta on Wednesday at around 4.30 p.m. local time (0930GMT).

A viral video showed a woman pointing a gun at the police headquarters before being shot by police.

According to an eyewitness, two suspected perpetrators broke into the headquarters.

There has so far been no official statement from the police.
