Ingram's 49 points help Pelicans beat Jazz in overtime

ANKARA (AA) - Utah Jazz's 10-game winning series ended after they were defeated by the New Orleans Pelicans 138-132 Thursday night in a Western Conference matchup.

Playing at Smoothie King Center, power forward Brandon Ingram scored a career-high 49 points along with eight rebounds and six assists.

Another power forward of the team, Derrick Favors, made a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds.

For the losing side, point guard Donovan Mitchell scored 46 points as Croatian star Bojan Bogdanovic helped his team with 26 points.

Following this win, the Pelicans improved to 16 wins and 26 losses, the Jazz dropped to 28 wins and 13 defeats.

Milwaukee Bucks defeated Boston Celtics 128-123 to push their winning series to five games at Fiserv Forum.

"Greek Freak" Giannis Antetokounmpo performed a double-double with 32 points and 17 rebounds.

In addition to Antetokounmpo, two more players scored in double-digits. Shooting guard Khris Middleton scored 23 points and Donte DiVincenzo came off the bench to drop career-high 19 points.

For Boston Celtics, point guard Kemba Walker led his team with 40 points and 11 rebounds, but it was not to hand league leaders Milwaukee a loss.

With this result, the Bucks got their 37th win in the regular season, with only six defeats, while the Celtics had 27 wins and 13 losses.
