Israeli theatre groups perform in Morocco for 1st time
Performances held at Mohammed V Theatre in Moroccan capital
RABAT, Morocco (AA) – Israeli theatre groups have performed at the Mohammed V Theater in the Moroccan capital, Rabat for the first time in the country's history.
According to the official website of the Mohammed V Theater, these performances started Wednesday for three days.
The site said the shows are part of the International Forum for Moroccan-African Cooperation and the cultural consortium JAFFA-RABAT.
On Dec. 10, 2020, Israel and Morocco announced the resumption of diplomatic relations between them, after their suspension in 2000.
