Lakers beat Clippers 112-103 in Los Angeles clash

ANKARA (AA) - The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 112-103 on Sunday to record 11th win in last 12 games in the NBA.

LeBron James put on a great performance by adding 28 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists while Anthony Davis scored 30 points for the Lakers.

Avery Bradley also produced 24 points and 3 rebounds.

The two-time NBA Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard scored 27 points and Paul George played with 31 rebounds and 6 assists but their efforts were not enough to avoid loss for the Clippers.

This defeat ended the Clippers' six-match winning streak as they dropped to 43 wins and 20 losses.

The Lakers improved to 49 wins and 13 defeats, to sit on top of the Western Conference following this victory.

- Suns beat Giannis-less Bucks 140-131

Devin Booker was on fire with 36 points for the Phoenix Suns as his team defeated the NBA leaders Milwaukee Bucks 140-131 in another Sunday clash.

Ricky Rubio posted a triple-double with 25 points, 13 assists and 13 rebounds while Aron Baynes scored 24 points, and Mikal Bridges had 21 points.

The Bucks were without Giannis Antetokounmpo due to knee injury as Khris Middleton was the highest scorer with 39 points for the Milwaukee.

Eric Bledsoe also produced 28 points.
