Last 2 matchdays in Italy’s Serie B delayed over COVID-19
Postponed matches to be played in January, league says

ROME, Italy (AA) - In the Italian football league Serie B, the last two matchdays this year were postponed Thursday due to COVID-19.
The weeks 19 and 20 matches in the second-highest division, which had been scheduled to be played on Dec. 26 and 29, were called off over an increased number of coronavirus infections among players in the league.
The Serie B said that the postponed matches will be played in January.
