Manchester City eliminated from English League Cup
Southampton progress to Carabao Cup semifinals as Saints shock Man City 2-0 at home

ANKARA (AA) - Southampton stunned favorites Manchester City 2-0 Wednesday to qualify for the English League Cup (Carabao Cup) semifinals.
Sekou Mara and Moussa Djenepo scored first-half goals at St Mary's Stadium to send the Saints to the semifinals.
In the other quarterfinal match, Nottingham Forest eliminated Wolverhampton Wanderers after beating them 4-3 on penalties.
Southampton and Nottingham Forest joined already-qualified Newcastle United and Manchester United in the Carabao Cup semifinals.
