Renowned economist Robert Reich’s great suggestions

From the renowned economist Robert Reich today.  He makes sense. Bottom line - write your congresspeople and demand the following:

1. A national lockdown - rather than conflicting directives from individual states, cities, etc.

2. From the Fed, direct deposit payments of $1000 per adult per week and $500 per child per week for the next two months.

3. No corporate bailouts. There are incredibly low interest rates for loans now - corporations can borrow.  And no economic stimulus. He says it's good for the economy to slow down right now as we want people to stay home, not go to work.

4. Mail in ballots for the national election - get working on it now for November.
