Russian, Belarusian presidents discuss bilateral cooperation in phone call
Vladimir Putin, Alexander Lukashenko agree to hold meeting in December

MOSCOW (AA) - Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke over the phone with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko and discussed bilateral relations, a Kremlin statement said on Friday.
"The two leaders discussed issues of bilateral cooperation, including the further development of ties in science and education," the statement said.
According to the Belarusian state-run BelTA news agency, the two leaders also discussed the agenda of the upcoming summit of the Eurasian Economic Union, which will take place on Dec. 9 in Kyrgyzstan's capital Bishkek.
Putin and Lukashenko also outlined a schedule for further contacts, agreeing to hold a meeting in December.
