Russian worker succumbs to wounds in Turkish hospital
Bruce Gordon Irving fell from the deck of a tanker and later died at a state hospital in northwestern Yalova province

YALOVA, Turkey (AA) - A Russian national succumbed to his wounds at a state hospital in northwestern Turkey's Yalova province on Tuesday after he fell from the deck of a ship, a hospital source told Anadolu Agency.
Bruce Gordon Irving was working at a Liberia-registered tanker in the province’s Altinova district when he fell while changing a meet sheet on the ship’s deck, the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on speaking to the media, said.
An investigation into the incident has been launched.
