Elyes Fakhfakh says his government unites people towards national interest

TUNIS (AA) - Tunisian prime minister has announced his new Cabinet outline after a meeting with the president.

"The outline, proposed and presented by President Kais Saied, will be for all Tunisians, regardless of their different backgrounds and diversity of opinions," Prime Minister Elyes Fakhfakh said in a televised statement late Wednesday.

The new government would contribute to uniting the people towards the high goals of the nation, he stressed.

It "includes high level leaders from political parties and independent personalities," he said, adding: "Our job is to ensure competence, integrity and credibility in it."
