Turkey bags bronze in women’s volleyball tournament
Turkish team beats Azerbaijan to claim 3rd place in 2017 Women's European Volleyball Championship

BAKU (AA) - Turkey finished third in the 2017 Women's European Volleyball Championship on Sunday.
The Turkish female team defeated Azerbaijan 3 sets to 1 to win the bronze medal.
After losing the first set 22-25, Turkey went on to claim the next three, 25-21, 25-14 and 25-8.
Serbia and Netherlands are due to play the final later on Sunday.
The 2017 Women's European Volleyball Championship is co-hosted by Azerbaijan and Georgia.
