Turkish conglomerate Karanfil Group opens branch in Uzbekistan

Firm also has branches in Libya with a portfolio spanning construction, logistics and cyber security

ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkish conglomerate Karanfil Group opened its newest branch in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The company ranked 11th in the list of the fastest growing companies in exports, according to a 2019 research by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM).

Karanfil Group stands out internationally with its branches in Libya's cities of Tripoli, Benghazi, Musrata, Bayda, Zliten, Tobruk, Zultun, Hums and Zawia.

The firm is active in 16 different sectors: logistics, production, supply, law, education, health, defense, construction, textile, food, accommodation, mining, publishing, financial management, tourism-hotel management and cyber security technologies.

The company's foundations were laid by Murtaza Karanfil in 1987 with the vision of being one of the leading companies in Türkiye.

With this vision, the company is expanding its strong organizational structure and effective communication network in different regions.
