Turkish gymnastics team bags gold in Mediterranean Games

National team including Ferhat Arican, Ibrahim Colak, Ahmet Onder, Adem Asil and Sercan Demir score 251.25 points to top podium

ANKARA (AA) - The Turkish men's national artistic gymnastics team won a gold medal Monday in the 2022 Mediterranean Games.

The national team including Ferhat Arican, Ibrahim Colak, Ahmet Onder, Adem Asil and Sercan Demir scored 251.25 points to top the podium in men's team final.

Italy returned home with a silver medal after scoring 246.1 points.

France came in third to be the bronze medalists in the games with 242.9 points.

This year's Mediterranean Games, which are being held in the Algerian city of Oran, will end on July 6.
