Turkish police give training to Afghan officers
Turkish police academy trained 210 students from 40 countries since beginning of this year

KABUL (AA) - Turkey has trained 40 senior Afghan police officers, with 14 of them continuing their studies as a reward to high grades.
In a statement, Turkish Embassy in Kabul said the training organized by the Turkish Police Academy will strengthen the bilateral relation between Turkey and Afghanistan.
The statement noted that the academy gave a higher quota to Afghanistan police in 2018-19 academic year. 20 students are selected to get a two-year non-thesis master's education focusing on advanced management, modern policing knowledge, investigation techniques, rule of law and human rights in Turkey.
Turkish Police Academy trained 210 students from 40 countries since the beginning of this year.
