ANKARA (AA) - Turkey's parliament speaker on Thursday met his Montenegrin counterpart in the capital Ankara.

The closed-door meeting between Mustafa Sentop and Ivan Brajovic lasted for nearly an hour at the parliament's council hall.

Following the meeting, Brajovic toured portions of the parliament building that were bombed during the defeated coup of July 15, 2016.

Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO) and its U.S.-based leader Fetullah Gulen orchestrated the defeated coup, which martyred 251 people and injured nearly 2,200 others.

Turkey also accuses FETO of being behind a long-running campaign to overthrow the state through the infiltration of Turkish institutions, particularly the military, police, and judiciary.
