Turkish stocks up at opening session
BIST 100 index gains around 11 points at opening session versus Friday's close

ISTANBUL (AA) – Turkey’s benchmark stock index opened at 1,902.35 points on Monday, up 11.07 points, or 0.59%, from the previous close.
On Friday, the BIST 100 index closed the day at 1,891.28 points after increasing 85.98 points, or 4.76%, with a daily trading volume of 26.6 billion Turkish liras ($2.2 billion).
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate dropped to 11.4940 as of 9.30 a.m. local time (0630GMT), versus 11.5950 at the last week's close.
The euro/lira exchange rate was down to 13.0020 from 13.1310, while a British pound traded for 15.3940 liras, decreasing from 15.7120.
Brent crude oil sold for around $75.6 per barrel as of 10 a.m. local time (0700GMT).
