Türkiye's Borsa Istanbul flat at open
BIST 100 index gains 0.59 points in opening session

ANKARA (AA) - Türkiye's benchmark stock index Borsa Istanbul opened flat at 2.979,41 points on Thursday, up 0.02%, or 0.59 points, from the previous close.
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was down to 17.9647 as of 10 a.m. local time (0700GMT), from 17.9660 at the previous close.
The euro/Turkish lira exchange rate slipped to 18.2473 from 18.2650, while a British pound traded for 21.5859 Turkish liras, down from 21.7890 at the previous close.
Brent crude oil was selling for around $93.58 per barrel.
