Turkiye's stock exchange rises 1.82% at close
BIST 100 gains nearly 35 points from previous close

ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkiye's benchmark stock index closed the day at 1,945.07 points on Tuesday, climbing 1.82% from the previous close.
Starting the day at 1,927.82 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index gained 34.78 points from Monday's close of 1,910.29 points.
One ounce of gold was traded for $1,839.80 by market close on Tuesday, marginally down from 1,839.90 at the previous close.
The price of Brent crude oil was around $86.00 per barrel as of 6.00 p.m. local time (1500GMT).
