Several buildings, including a primary school, were affected by the bombing.
Several hours later, a similar attack occurred in Cobanbey, a town near the Turkish border, leaving two people dead and 10 others injured.
The attacks came on a day when Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced to launch new military operation on east of Euphrates river, northern Syria.
