2 dead, 1 hospitalized after boat capsizes off South Australia coast

ISTANBUL (AA) – Two men were killed, and a woman was hospitalized after a boat capsized in southern Australia on Monday, police said.

Police found the bodies of two deceased men aged 82 and 69, and an unresponsive woman at Beachport in South Australia state, according to a police statement.

The 59-year-old woman was rushed to the hospital, but her situation remains stable, said the statement.

All three victims are from Millicent town, 30 kilometers (18 miles) from Beachport.

“Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing with the assistance of the Water Operations Unit,” said the police.
