4 Daesh terrorists captured in SE Turkey
4 Syrians, who were preparing an attack, were apprehended in Sanliurfa, say Turkish security sources
SANLIURFA, Turkey (AA) - Four Syrian members of the Daesh terror group were captured Tuesday during simultaneous operations in Turkey's southeastern Sanliurfa province, Turkish security sources said.
The sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on talking to the media, said that the terrorists were preparing an attack when they were captured in Sanliurfa's Eyyubiye district.
Two guns with silencers, one long-barreled weapon, numerous bullets and TNT as well as suicide vests were seized during the operation.
The four suspects were remanded in custody.
