6.9 magnitude earthquake hits southern China
Epicentre of the quake was located southwest of China's Tibet Autonomous Region

BEIJING (AA) - An earthquake measuring 6.9 on the Richter scale rocked China’s Tibet Autonomous Region, China Earthquake Networks Center said early Saturday.
The epicenter of the quake was located at Nyingchi in southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region.
No casualties or damage have yet to be reported.
