Abu Dhabi crown prince hosts dinner for Turkish president
‘I hope decisions taken to further strengthen cooperation between our countries will be beneficial,’ says Recep Tayyip Erdogan

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates (AA) - Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Monday hosted a dinner for visiting Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Signing the UAE’s presidential palace notebook, Erdogan wrote: “It is my great pleasure to visit the friendly United Arab Emirates at the invitation of my dear Brother Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed.”
“I hope that the decisions we have taken at Qasr Al Watan (Presidential) Palace to further strengthen the cooperation between our countries will be beneficial,” he added.
Erdogan also thanked the UAE for the goodwill and hospitality shown to him and his delegation.
The Turkish president is in the UAE for a two-day visit at the invitation of Al Nahyan.
Turkiye and the UAE on Monday signed 13 agreements in various fields.
Al Nahyan visited Ankara last November which led to the announcement of a $10-billion fund for investments in Turkiye. Both countries also signed several agreements on energy, environment, finance, and trade.
