ANKARA (AA) - Anadolu Agency is here with a rundown of the latest developments around the world.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in a phone call with his Palestinian counterpart condemned Israel's interventions against worshipers at Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied East Jerusalem.
In a separate phone call, Erdogan discussed the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war and recent tensions in Jerusalem with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
He also released a message marking the Christian holiday of Easter.
India’s Foreign Ministry announced that British Prime Minister Boris Johnson will pay a visit to the country this week.
The ministry noted that Johnson will visit India at the invitation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the premiers will hold bilateral consultations.
A Turkish family in Germany said they will sue the German police over the violence against their son for allegedly tearing an election poster. Speaking to Anadolu Agency, Ersen Altintas, the boy’s father, said that such treatment by police of a 13-year-old child cannot be tolerated, regardless of the reason.
