Anadolu renews agreements with Malaysian, Indonesian news agencies
Türkiye’s Anadolu renewed agreements with Malaysia’s national news agency Bernama and Indonesia’s national news agency Antara, reinforcing collaboration in media and news exchange

ANKARA/ISTANBUL (AA) — Türkiye’s Anadolu has renewed its memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with Malaysia’s national news agency Bernama and Indonesia’s state news agency Antara, reinforcing collaboration in media and content sharing.
The agreements were updated during Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s visits to Malaysia and Indonesia, further bolstering media cooperation between the agencies.
During the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council meeting in Malaysia, attended by Erdogan and Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Anadolu and Bernama signed the renewed agreement.
As part of the Türkiye-Malaysia High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council meeting attended by Erdoğan and Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Anadolu and Bernama formalized the renewed agreement. Anadolu President and CEO Serdar Karagöz and Bernama Chief Executive Officer Nur-ul Afida Kamaludin signed the document at the ceremony.
Similarly, during the Türkiye-Indonesia High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council meeting in Indonesia, Anadolu and Antara reaffirmed their partnership. The signing ceremony included Karagoz and Antara Chairman Akhmad Munir.
The agreements aim to enhance professional collaboration, facilitate better information sharing, and ensure a regular exchange of content on regional and global developments. They also seek to promote mutual expertise and knowledge-sharing between the agencies.
