At least 3 killed in attack in central Israel's Elad city: State media

JERUSALEM (AA) – At least three people were killed in an attack in the central Israeli city of Elad, according to state media on Thursday.

Public broadcaster KAN said police have started a search operation to catch the culprits.

Local media reports suggested the victims were injured by two men, one wielding an ax and another with a gun, at two different locations.

In a statement, the Magen David Adom, Israel's national emergency service, said at least 6 victims are in serious condition, and the teams are at the scene treating the victims.
