Bombings kill 1, injure 12 in SW Pakistan
Injured included 2 journalists, 7 policemen, local media reports

KARACHI, Pakistan (AA) - At least one person was killed and a dozen others were injured in twin blasts in southwest Pakistan on Thursday, police and local media reported.
The blasts -- one after another -- took place in a busy street of Quetta, capital of Balochistan province, Liaquat Shahwani, a provincial government spokesperson told reporters.
The injured included seven policemen and two journalists, according to local broadcaster Dunya News.
The first improvised explosive device (IED) blast took place at a transport company office located at Quetta'z busy Khezi Chowk, followed by another after some time, the police said.
Zubair Ahmad, a local journalist, lost his both legs in the second blast as he rushed to the scene after the first blast, the broadcaster reported.
