Brazilian midfielder Assuncao leaves Galatasaray
21-year-old midfielder made only 2 appearances for Istanbul club

ANKARA (AA) - Galatasaray announced the departure of Gustavo Assuncao on Friday.
The 21-year-old midfielder joined the Lions from Portugal's Famalicao on loan with an option to buy at the beginning of the season.
But the Brazilian player did not get much of a chance to play for the Istanbul side. He made only two appearances for the club.
