LONDON (AA) - The unprecedented warming in North Atlantic Ocean, which is worrying the scientists, and the El Nino effect will drive temperatures further across globe as many parts of the world are under "very high risk" to see record temperatures, a senior official at the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) told Anadolu exclusively.
