MOSCOW (AA) - Turkey ranks second with the number of its students enrolled in the leading Russian nuclear university, the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI -- Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, according to the deputy director of university's Nuclear Physics and Engineering Institute.
